Every day we encounter hundreds of strangers, never taking the time to talk to or even say hi to any of them. Each of these people’s ideas, lifestyle and philosophy will forever remain a mystery to us. Piece of Mind was created to break down walls with strangers and really get a feeling of what people were thinking. We randomly set out to the streets of Boston and stopped random strangers, and asked them to complete one simple task. Write one word or a phrase that is on your mind, or expresses you as a person onto an index card. As you can image not everyone was eager to talk to us, but those who did seemed forever changed by the experience. Here is a collection of the photos we took during this experiment.
